Probably not. The sale of knockoffs and fraudulent goods has also shifted to the internet. Some sellers misspell Minitials in order to profit on common typos. Frequently, these sites, copy the look and feel of the official Minitials website, or create the impression that they are associated with Minitials. The reality is it often is not the authentic product.
Many of these sites actually copy photographs and/or text directly from our official site. In addition, they may offer a believable discount on the suggested retail price of an alleged Minitials product to make consumers believe they are receiving a good deal on a real product. Unfortunately, these deals are too good to be true and ultimately you may receive a low quality fake, or nothing at all.
Minitials does not have an online outlet website and rarely gives discount (i.e. the last time was for the birth of our Benjamin). We only sell products on www.minitials.com, in our Flagship Store in Eindhoven and at selected dealers.
Look no further, the Minitials team is here to help! Every bar engraving is unique, there are several options. You can choose a font from dafont.com or Google fonts, upload your own (or your kid’s) handwriting, or a fingerprint*.
* Additional costs for one fingerprint are €89,- and additional delivery time is 7 business days.

When you are curious what our products look like in real life, you are very welcome to visit us at our Flagship Store in Eindhoven (payed parking in front of the door). We also have several dealers throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. At our dealers we have most products, but not all. Check the dealerlist to see which dealer is most close to your destination.
When you choose the local pick up delivery option, you can pick up your order at our Flagship Store in Eindhoven (Victoriapark 8 in Eindhoven). Visit the contact page for opening hours. We will inform you when your order is ready for pickup.
Processing times depends on the product. You can find specific processing times for every product in the “shipping” box in the product description. We process all online orders from the day before (f.e. if you order The One Signature Necklace and we receive your order on Monday, we will process your order on Tuesday and send it to you that same day). Note: our processing and delivery times always are a guideline.

We think service is very important, therefore we will always try to repair your product in our studio. We charge no reparation costs for your product. However, the costs for removing hair or knots from your product are €49. You can add the product reparation form to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. When completing the order, we charge shipping costs (these are our costs when we will send the repaired product back to you). We advise to use registered shipment when you send your product back to us. Please send your necklace in the original Minitials box and use the inserts of the insert to make sure the necklace doesn’t get tangled up. Always put your reperation ordernumber or your name & telephone number inside the package.
For our Signature necklaces, we offer two different sizes with reduction rings. When you have the right size, the pendant hangs in the dimple in your neck. In this position, you have the smallest chance of your lock turning forward. You are always welcome in our Flagship store in Eindhoven or at one of our dealers where we can establish the right necklace length together.

Most Minitials Signature Symbols have an ash chamber. On appointment we perform ash settings as a service in our Flagship Store in Eindhoven (only for Minitials jewellery). Ofcourse you can wear your jewellery (f.e. Sparkle Snake Necklace) without an engraving. Our colleague Jill is wearing her Sparkle Snake Necklace for three years now and still without an engraving… But it looks lovely anyway! You are always welcome to come back for the engraving, this is our service to you. Also if you want to engrave one side at first, and add a back engraving later this is possible.
It is not possible to change an engraving, once we have engraved your piece of jewellery. We engrave the fingerprint or text deep within the 18 karat gold, to ensure you can always wear (and enjoy) your piece of jewellery.
Ofcourse it is possible to add a letter or symbol to your existing necklace. Our goldsmith can do this for you. You can come by in our concept store in Eindhoven (due to Covid-19 you can make an appointment) or you can purchase an addition letter (or symbol) through our website and send the necklace to Victoriapark 8, 5611 BM in Eindhoven with your inquiries.
We send our packages in the Netherlands with PostNL and internationally with DHL for you. Giftcards under €50 are sent twice a week by letterbox mail. The Five Extra Cords are send with PostNL with tracking code.
Yes,it is possible to have your bracelets re-knotted by our shop staff. Important to know:
– We only knot Minitials jewellery in our store (no exceptions).
– We do not knot in our store on Saturdays. You can schedule an appointment for this from Monday to Friday.
– The Price of the cords remains €2 each. If you would like them knotted in the shop, you pay €5 each (only Minitials jewellery and not on Saturdays).
– We recommend regularly checking the knots of your satin bracelets. The guarantee does not provide a replacement or refund in case of loss.
