Ordering via the Flagship Store
You are very welcome to visit our shop to have your jewellery extended. We recommend booking an appointment so that we have time to advise you properly. Have you already made your choice? Then place your order online and mention in the comments section at checkout that it concerns an extension to a piece of jewellery. Then select ‘collect in-store’.
Individual additions and charms can always be added to a piece of jewellery at a later date free of charge. For example, if you are giving an extended piece of jewellery as a gift.

Step-by-step plan
1. Place an order for the jewellery, engraving and/or filling you want to add to your jewellery and make a note of the order number.
2. Fill in the form below, describe your wishes and, if applicable, the order of initials and/or symbols.
3. Pack the jewellery neatly in the original Minitials box. If you no longer have the original packaging, make two inserts (like in a Minitials box) out of a piece of cardboard and thread your jewellery through them.
4. Print the confirmation email for the service request and enclose it with the jewellery. If you do not have a printer, enclose a handwritten note with the number of your service request, your name, email address and telephone number.
5. Send your jewellery by registered and insured post to:
