An original Minitials piece of jewellery is handmade from 14- and 18-carat solid gold. The white diamonds we use are of F-VS quality. All our jewellery is crafted with love, following the traditional principles of true craftsmanship. We offer a full warranty for up to 12 months after the purchase of your Minitials jewellery. Should anything be wrong with your jewellery after this period, you can contact us for an authorised repair, or we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Can I have my Minitials jewellery repaired?
- If your Minitials jewellery is broken, you are welcome to visit our Flagship Store in Eindhoven by appointment. If our goldsmith is available, you can often wait while the repair is carried out. Should it take longer, we will let you know.
- If you do not live near Eindhoven, you can submit a service request via our website.
Is there a warranty on my Minitials jewellery?
Minitials will replace items with manufacturing defects free of charge for up to one year from the original date of purchase. Please keep the warranty certificate you receive at the time of purchase in a safe place. We will always try to repair your jewellery after the warranty period has expired. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered by the warranty. We recommend replacing satin bracelets periodically or checking them regularly for wear and tear. A new satin bracelet costs €2; if you would like us to tie it for you, this costs €5.
What can I do if I lose my Minitials jewellery or if it is stolen?
The warranty does not entitle you to a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items. We recommend insuring your valuable jewellery. We advise you to check the knots on your satin bracelet regularly.
