Do you have more loved ones you’d like to keep close to your heart? Choose an extra diamond, the 18-carat solid gold colour, and the diamond’s finish. You cannot attach the diamond to the chain yourself. Our goldsmith will attach the diamond to your existing Minitials necklace or bracelet.
Procedure:
1. Collection/attachment at the Minitials shop:
Please visit our shop in Eindhoven by appointment. Once you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation from us. You will also receive a confirmation when the diamond is ready for collection in the shop; please bring your necklace/bracelet with you and we will attach the birthstone to your jewellery. Please note, we work by appointment only; you can book an appointment here.
2. Return your necklace/bracelet to Minitials:
After placing your order for an extra diamond via our webshop, please complete our Expand your jewellery form and follow the shipping instructions. You send the necklace or bracelet at your own risk. We recommend sending the necklace/bracelet by registered post. We will then complete the necklace/bracelet and return it to you within 10 working days of receiving your necklace/bracelet.

3. Send the loose addition:
We will send the loose diamond in a gift bag to the delivery address. Once the diamond has been given, please send your necklace/bracelet (including the diamond) to us. Fill in our Expand your jewellery form and follow the shipping instructions provided. You are responsible for the safe delivery of the necklace/bracelet. We recommend sending the necklace/bracelet by registered post. We will then complete the necklace/bracelet and return it to you within 10 working days of receiving your necklace/bracelet.
