Do you have more loved ones you’d like to keep close to your heart? Choose an additional symbol, the colour of the 18-carat solid gold, and the finish of the letter. The price includes the setting of the ashes at our shop. You cannot attach the symbol to the chain yourself. Our goldsmith will attach the symbol to your existing Minitials necklace or bracelet.
Procedure:
1. Collection/attachment at the Minitials shop:
Please visit our shop in Eindhoven by appointment for the ash setting. Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. You will receive an email as soon as your jewellery is ready at the shop in Eindhoven. Please note, we work by appointment only; you can book an appointment here.
2. Return your necklace/bracelet to Minitials:
After placing your order for an additional symbol via our webshop, please complete the ‘Expand your jewellery’ form on the website and follow the instructions provided to ensure your jewellery is sent correctly. You send the necklace or bracelet at your own risk. We recommend sending the necklace/bracelet by registered post. We will then complete the necklace/bracelet and return it to you within 10 working days of receiving your necklace/bracelet.

3. Send the separate addition:
We will first send the separate symbol in a gift bag to the delivery address. Once the initial has been provided, you can make an appointment at our shop for the setting.
