When you have a Minitials product that is broken or has expanded in length we will repair your product with love. You can always visit our Flagship Store in Eindhoven and when the Goldsmith is available, we can consult on your problem and try to fix the product immediately*.
*In the case that we can’t fix your product immediately, we will discuss other options or longer processing times for the repair.
Repairing your product under warranty is free and part or our service. The costs for removing hair or knots are €49.
The steps for the Reparation Return Form are as follows:
(1) Add this reparation form to your shopping cart & fill out the additional comments box with a description of what we can repair for you. Tip: In this box, you can also indicate the order in which the initials were attached or the original length of the necklace.
When we have repaired your product we will send it you your home address and by “buying” this reparation form you will pay these shipping costs in advance (Local shipping costs apply and we will calculate these automatically depending on your location). Note: the reparation under warranty itself is free of costs.
(2) Print out the order confirmation, or put a note with your order number & data so we can match your order with your product. When you send Minitials products (especially necklaces) we advise you to use the original Minitials packaging, where you can put the product in the insert. This way, it won’t get tangled up! Sending the necklace is at your own expense and risk.

(4) When we receive your product we will let you know. From this moment we will process the repair within 4 working days.
