Create your perfect Minitials bracelet and choose initials, symbols and numbers, the colour of 18-carat solid gold, the colour of the satin cord (we tie one colour cord to your jewellery and you receive two spare colours including knotting instructions) and upload your loved one’s fingerprint. Would you like to have your bracelet re-knotted in our shop? Then the following procedure applies:
– We only knot Minitials jewellery in the shop (no exceptions).
– We do not knot in the shop on Saturdays. You can schedule an appointment for this from Monday to Friday.
– The price of the cords remains £2 each. If you would like them knotted in the shop, you pay £5 per bracelet (Minitials jewellery only and not on Saturdays).
– We recommend checking the knots on your satin bracelets regularly. The warranty does not cover replacement or refund in case of loss.
