But we all know that life – or your tastes – can change from time to time. That’s why we’re introducing the Gold Trade-In Service. Would you like to change a letter? Or switch to a different colour of gold? Or is your jewellery damaged or broken? We’ve got you covered! You will receive 30% of the current retail price as a discount on your new purchase.
Terms and conditions apply:
– A receipt or proof of warranty is required
– The purchase value of your new order must not be lower than the purchase value of the jewellery you are returning
– Products containing diamonds are excluded
-Products must be complete (the weight must match that of a new product)

Step-by-step plan
1. Fill in the form below, but first check above to see if you are eligible for this service. Please contact us if you are unsure.
2. Pack the jewellery neatly in the original Minitials box. If you no longer have the original packaging, use a zip-lock bag. Seal the bag. In the case of a gold necklace or bracelet, keep the clasp outside the zip-lock bag to prevent it from becoming tangled
3. Print the confirmation email for your service request and include it with the jewellery. If you don’t have a printer, include a handwritten note with the 12-digit ticket ID number from your service request, your name, email address and telephone number.
4. Send your jewellery to the address below by registered post, insured and with track & trace. Please write the 12-digit Ticket ID on the outside of the parcel.
